What areas do you serve?+
We are based in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario and serve the entire Waterloo Region including Cambridge, Guelph, Brantford, Stratford, Hamilton, and Woodstock. Travel fees may apply for events outside the immediate KW area — just ask when you request your quote.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for most events. For weddings and large-scale events, 2-3 months ahead is ideal to ensure your preferred date is available. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
What is the minimum guest count?+
For our interactive food carts, we require a minimum of 10 guests. For grazing spreads and boards, we can accommodate smaller groups starting from 2 guests. Our grazing wall is designed for larger events, typically 50+ guests.
How much does charcuterie catering cost per person?+
Our flat grazing spreads start at $20 per person and raised grazing spreads start at $25 per person. Cart rentals and grazing wall pricing vary based on guest count, customization, and event details. We provide custom quotes for every event to ensure you get exactly what you need within your budget.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?+
Absolutely. We can customize our spreads, boards, and cart menus to accommodate a wide range of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and dairy-free options. Please let us know about any dietary requirements when you request your quote so we can plan accordingly.
Do you provide setup and cleanup?+
Yes, professional setup and cleanup are included with all of our services. We arrive early to ensure everything is perfectly styled and ready for your guests, and we handle all the cleanup at the end so you can enjoy your event stress-free.
What is included in a cart rental?+
Our cart rentals include a standard 2-hour service period with all food, toppings, and supplies. Each cart comes fully stocked and staffed. Extension beyond 2 hours is available for an additional fee. All carts require a minimum of 10 guests.
How does the grazing wall seating chart work?+
Each guest receives a beautifully curated grazing cone or dome personalized with their name and table number. The cones are displayed on our signature grazing wall, allowing guests to find their seat while enjoying artisan cheeses, premium meats, fresh fruit, and accompaniments during cocktail hour. It doubles as both a seating chart and a stunning food display.
Can I customize the look and theme of my order?+
Everything we do is fully customizable to match the style and theme of your celebration. From color coordination and decorative elements to specific food selections and presentation styles, we work with you to create something that fits your vision perfectly.
What is your cancellation policy?+
We understand that plans can change. We ask for at least 7 days notice for cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled date within 6 months. For full details, please ask about our cancellation terms when booking.
Do you offer delivery for boards and boxes?+
Yes, we offer both pickup and delivery options for our charcuterie boards, boxes, and cups. Delivery is available within the Kitchener-Waterloo area and surrounding regions. Delivery fees are based on distance and will be included in your quote.
Can the grazing wall be used without the seating chart feature?+
Absolutely. While the grazing wall can function as an interactive seating chart, it also works beautifully as a standalone statement piece. Many clients use it purely as a stunning grazing display to elevate their event without the seating chart element.
What types of events do you cater?+
We cater all types of events including weddings, corporate gatherings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, engagement parties, holiday events, grand openings, community fundraisers, and private celebrations of all sizes.
How do I get a quote?+
Simply fill out our quote request form on the Contact page with details about your event — including the date, estimated guest count, and which services you are interested in. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a customized quote tailored to your event.
